Petrified wood (4) from Indonesia (22 million year old)

Description

A large piece of petrified wood from Leuwiliang, Indonesia. Dating from the Miocene (22 million years). The piece is cut with a machine in the bottom to make it ideal for standing, the upper part is hand-polished so the details are highly visible and shining.

The piece is 20.5cm high with a maximum of 11cm wide.
