Your purchase will be shipped within 1-4 business days by either PostNL, UPS or Bpost, depending on your location. You will get a confirmation email with tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

- The Netherland: Free local pickup or via PostNL

- France: via PostNL

- Spain: via UPS
- Sweden: via UPS
- United Kingdom: via UPS (please keep in mind this might involve extra import/custom costs)
More countries to be added over time, in the mean time, if your country isn't in the list... send us a message for quotation via the contact form.
Some countries might charge extra import tax and duty amount, keep in mind that this will always be a responsability of the receiver!
Countries we have successfully shipped to upon request are Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Russia, United States ...
Shipping risk
Please keep in mind that we do our utmost best to package all shipped goods in a secure way that they cannot be harmed or broken during the transport and that therefore shipping is at risk of the buyer. If any of the goods arrive in a damaged way, let us know so we can investigate and find a good solution. We do not promise that a new object will be sent, just because of the reason that the most of our products are unique. Money or vouchers will also not be provided by default, but let us know and we are sure we can come to a good solution together!
Local pickup
Some of our products aren't shippable due to the fact that they are just to fragile. We still would like to offer them to our clients but in that case a local pickup of the object in our warehouse in Belgium is required by the client. The objects that are not shippable have this part visible in their description and also have no options during checkout for shipping.
