Real insect curious education box (Lethocerus Sp.)


A unique curious educational box with a mounted and spread giant water bug (Lethocerus sp.). When you open the box, you see an educational sheet with a graphic presentation of the country of origin of the insect. Next to that there is a biological explanation about the species. This giant water bug is A1 quality and spread.

Lethocerus is a genus of the hemipteran family Belostomatidae, known colloquially as giant water bugs, distributed in tropical, subtropical and temperate areas of the world. The greatest diversity of species occurs in the Americas, with only a single species in Europe, two in Africa (where this box contains one of them), two in Australia and three in Asia. It includes the largest true bugs with species capable of reaching a length of over 12 centimetres (4.7 in).
